🔄 Return Policy

Eligibility for Returns:

2. Ship the item to the designated Eunorau warehouse (U.S., AU, EU, or UK) at your own expense.
3. We will inspect the product within 5 business days of receiving it.

Refunds:

• If due to our error (wrong or defective item): Full refund issued.
• If due to customer reasons (e.g., wrong product ordered): Refund minus original shipping costs.
